Review: Baby Sensory, Caterham

BabySensory

We tried the Caterham Baby Sensory classes with Christelle Laumiere and loved them!

Christelle is a great leader and is so natural with the little ones.  The crawlers gravitate towards her at the front of the class and the others are captivated by her (my 7 month old spent more time watching her than me, which is probably a good thing given how bad my signing is).

The class incorporates singing, baby sign language, sensory play with lights, textures and colours.  Each class is themed and includes songs, puppet shows, bubbles and light shows.  Babies can also dress up accordingly (the Christmas and Easter specials were SUPER cute!).

Baby ages range from around 6 weeks – 13 months and Christelle tailors activities to ensure that they are suitable for every child.  The mummies & daddies love the classes too and the break in the middle (with lots of different play stations set up) provide a great way for parents to chat, make new friends and for the babies to interact with each other, while discovering new toys each week (from glove puppets to ball pits, baby gyms to walkers and much more).

There are lots of similar groups around but Christelle’s class is one of the best we’ve tried.  Christelle has won awards for her classes, so why not come along and see what all the fuss is about!

A term of 10 classes costs £75 and Christelle offers FREE taster sessions upon request. Contact her at purleyregion@babysensory.co.uk
