- 100g flour
- 2 eggs
- 300ml milk
- Cooking oil
- Double cream
- Bar of chocolate
- Crunchy peanut butter
Put the flour in a large jug and make a well in the middle. Add the two eggs and mix with a whisk. Add a dash of cooking oil to help add bubbles to the mix and then stir in the milk. Leave the batter to rest for 20 mins before cooking.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl (over a hot pan of water on the hob) and add double cream. This is for the topping. Slice up some banana too and put to one side.
Add a little oil to the frying pan and rub around the pan with kitchen roll to lightly coat it. Add batter to the pan (just enough to make a thin pancake) and cook lightly on each side… Flipping is fun, but turning over with a palette knife is just fine too 🙂
Once your pancake is cooked, turn onto a plate, spoon chunky peanut butter onto it, add some sliced banana and then top with melted chocolate. Yum! Fold over and enjoy!
Repeat until the mix is all gone!
